CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to make any changes to your reservation please email the restaurant at reservations@ilisnyc.com at least seventy-two hours in advance.
The reservation cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded three days prior to your booking. Please note that the same policy applies to any COVID-related situations.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are available online through Resy and they are released at 10:00 am the first day of each month.
To make a reservation in the dining room select 'Seasonal Menu' on Resy to pay a deposit for your dinner reservation. Once at the restaurant, you can decide between the Field Guide and Market Menu.
Before booking, we kindly ask that you review our information about dietary restrictions and email us in advance to confirm whether we are able to accommodate your request.
GIFT CARDS
Gift certificates may be purchased online.
To use a gift card, email us at reservations@ilisnyc.com to make your reservation.
KIDS
Due to the length of the meal and quiet ambiance of the dining room, we do not allow young children unless they are able to partake in the full tasting menu.
