CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes things happen. If you need to make any changes to your reservation please email the restaurant at reservations@ilisnyc.com at least 72 hours in advance.
The reservation cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded three days prior to your booking. Please note that the same policy applies to any COVID-related situations.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are available online through SevenRooms and Resy and are released at 10:00 AM on the first day of each month.
A $100 deposit per guest is required when booking. The amount is applied toward your menu on the day of your visit.
Before confirming your table, please review our dietary restrictions and email us in advance to ensure we’re able to accommodate your request.
HOURS
We are open Thursday–Saturday from 5:30 PM to 11 PM. Sunday Supper pop-up events run from 4 PM to 8 PM in January and February.
