    Dining with the Market Menu is as dynamic as the season itself. Each day, our carts are filled with the best ingredients we can find from the North American sea, land, and forest—vibrant produce, pristine seafood, and carefully chosen proteins.

    A shorter progression of our tasting menu, beginning with snacks and followed by an appetizer, main course, and dessert.

    Extra ingredients may be added for an additional charge.

    Field Guide Menu · $295

    Let us cook for you. The Field Guide is an omakase-style tasting menu that captures the essence of ILIS—from timeless dishes that shaped our early days to the new expressions guiding us forward.

    A tasting journey crafted with the finest ingredients we can find across North America’s sea, land, and forest.

    Beverage Pairing — $175
    A marriage of the bar and the cellar interwoven throughout your meal to elicit flavors and illuminate the experience.

BAR & WALK-INS

Our 14-seat bar is open for walk-ins. A rotating à la carte menu is available at the bar and in the lounge.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

For the Field Guide Menu, we are unable to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, or allium-free diets. For the Market Menu, we are unable to accommodate vegan diets.
